Real helenium flowers spring into life when other perennials start to fade, but these cheery metal stakes will brighten up the garden all year round.

Made from robust sheet steel, the daisy-like flowers are mounted on 5mm pliable steel stakes embellished with leaves. Spike them into beds and borders for a decorative and practical way to mark out dormant plants and bulbs.

Each stake is finished with a coat of matt lacquer to guard against rust, and has a tapered stem for easy insertion into the soil.

Combine with stakes of other colours and heights to create a striking contrast and bring the garden to life.

Available in a choice of antique bronze, antique brass or a two-tone bronze/brass mix. With age and exposure to the elements, the metal will oxidise to produce a more rustic finish. This process will occur more quickly in areas where the powder coating has been breached.

Please note: these individually handmade and finished stakes may include some sharp points or edges. Take care when unpacking and handling them and position in a quiet spot off the beaten track. When pushing the stake into the ground, hold the lower part of the stem and push. Do not put all your weight on the flower head.
