Enduring favourites for the spring garden, hyacinths are prized for their showy flowers and sweet perfume. If you can't decide on a particular colour (or want to create a blend of cool colours), then this collection is ideal.
In each collection you will receive the following:
- 5 × Hyacinth 'Purple Sensation': Relatively large and with a delicious perfume, the purple trumpet-shaped flowers of this cottage garden favourite will add colour and fragrance to the spring garden. Ideal for bedding displays as well as growing in pots, the flowers are also popular for cutting. Grows to 25cm.
- 5 × Hyacinth 'Pink Pearl': 'Pink Pearl' has soft, rose pink flowers forming a dense, cylindrical cluster. A wonderful addition to pots and windowboxes, it also looks lovely planted in clumps or drifts throughout the border. Plant it near a pathway or entrance, so the scent can best be appreciated. Grows to 25cm.
- 5 × Hyacinth 'Jan Bos': An old variety (it was first introduced in 1910), but still very popular as its sweetly scented clusters of vibrant pinkish red, bell-shaped flowers take some beating. It's a superb choice for pots or front of border positions where you want something that stands out. The flowers are incredibly bright and can be used for cutting too. Grows to 25cm.
