A creeping, semi-succulent, foliage houseplant, with slender, fleshy stems, usually covered with minute fine hairs. Rounded, bright green leaves describe (and define) Peperomia rotundifolia from which short spikes of yellowish flowers arise intermittently throughout the year. A great plant for an end of a shelf in a bright but indirectly lit position.

Please note that the pot in the photograph is not supplied with the plant (which is sent out in a simple nursery alternative), but we have a wide and wonderful range on our website to choose from.

  • Home care: Keep it in a bright, indirectly lit spot with protection from sun and water regularly in summer - allowing the compost to get reasonably dry before repeating the process. Water sparingly in winter. Maintain temperatures above 10°C in winter.
