    Upright clusters of pretty, white, spring flowers, resembling lily-of-the-valley, and glossy, young, pale green foliage, darkening with age. Ideal for a moist, well-drained, shrub border with acid soil, the pale green leaves contrast well with darker foliage plants. For maximum success mulch each year with composted pine needles or ericaceous compost.
