Pale, lavender-pink summer flowers top the lemon-scented, yellow tinged leaves in summer, creating a colourful groundcover that is perfect for planting in between paving stones, or lining the edge of a sunny herb garden. The aromatic leaves can be used to enhance the flavour of bouquet garni as well as stuffings and sauces.
- Garden care: After flowering cut back hard using garden shears to retain a neat compact shape. Lift and divide large clumps in early spring.
