A selection of glorious blue native wildflowers beloved by bees and butterflies, in easy-sow seedballs.

Each ball contains a blend of seeds with both early and late summer flowering varieties to provide long-term interest - including cornflowers, forget-me-nots, wild clary and more. Each tin contains 20 seed balls, each with with approximately 75 seeds.

The seeds are mixed with peat-free compost and a pinch of chilli powder to deter pests, while the dried clay casing offers extra protection from birds, ants and mice.

No planting required, simply scatter on the surface of prepared soil or compost in spring or autumn, water well and nature will do the rest. Use around 20 balls per square metre for a garden display or 3-5 in a medium sized pot.

What is a Seedball? A ball made from seeds, clay, peat-free compost and chilli powder.

Why use Seedballs? The ball prevents the seeds from being a tasty lunch for birds and insects, thereby increasing the chances of your flowers growing. Plus they’re super easy to use, no digging and no expert knowledge needed!

How do I use Seedballs? Throw onto soil or compost in a garden bed or planter in Spring or Autumn, leaving at least 10cm between each ball. Your Seedball has everything it needs to grow and, once the ball becomes moist and the temperature is right, your seeds will germinate!

What area will my Seedballs cover? We would usually advise 20 seed balls per square metre, or 3-5 seed balls for a 35cm container.

All seed is responsibly sourced in the UK from Flora Locale accredited suppliers.
