An early blooming, tough and compact perennial perfect for patio pots and plentiful pollinators! ‘Double the Sun’ has vibrant, semi-double, golden daisy-like flowers that will look stunning at the front of borders, too. A wonderful, low maintenance hot coloured Coreopsis that shines just as the weather is warming up, and if you deadhead regularly, this will keep the plants blooming throughout the summer and beyond.

Garden care:
Pot up into containers with a good quality general-purpose compost, or into ground enriched with a backfill of compost or well-rotted manure, at the same depth it was growing previously. Spread a thick (2-3") mulch of leaf or garden compost around your newly planted perennial to protect the roots from frost, help to retain moisture around its roots and deter weeds from germinating. Deadhead regularly to prolong flowering and water well during hot, dry spells. Cut the faded flower-stems back down to ground level in autumn and compost.
