Add a bright splash of apricot to the summer garden with this compact plant. ‘Aurora Apricot’ produces a mat of neat, fresh green foliage supporting an abundance of larger than average cup or bell-shaped flowers, usually in shades of pink, and each with two short spurs. Perfect for pots and raised beds where the prolific blooms will surprise and delight from early summer until the first frosts.
Protect newly planted Diascia from overnight frosts (if still present) in the early stages of establishment. Once divide congested plants in early spring or late summer. Protect young plants from slugs and snails. Trim after flowering. Protect from excessive cold or wet winter weather.
