This upright, clump-forming perennial Echinacea variety offers an impressive floral display with warm orange blooms sporting a central orange-brown cone and gracefully arching petals. A magnet for pollinators like butterflies and bees, this long-flowering coneflower boasts a season that extends from mid to late summer, providing ample daisy-like blooms for both gardeners and florists alike. Thriving in coastal settings and wildlife gardens, 'Sunseekers Pumpkin Pie' would make a delightful addition to your garden, offering not just visual allure but also a bustling hub for pollinating visitors.

  • Garden care:
When planting, incorporate some well-rotted garden compost or manure and some mycorrhizal fungi into the planting hole. Once, established, lift and divide congested clumps in autumn or spring. Leave the flower heads for winter interest and as a food source for wildlife. In late winter/early spring cut back all dead flower stems to the ground and then mulch with organic matter.
