A narcissus that presents a captivating sight with its scented golden-yellow petals delicately edged in creamy white above straplike, grey-green leaves. Measuring around 8.5cm (3.5in) across, the flowers boast pale yellow outer petals and a frilly yellow corona, split to the base, creating a stunning visual contrast. Flowering in early to mid-spring, 'Chanterelle' brings a burst of vibrant colour to borders, patio containers, and cut flower arrangements, making it a versatile and eye-catching addition to the spring garden.

  • Garden care:
Wearing gloves, plant bulbs 10-15cm (4-6in) deep from late summer to early autumn. After flowering feed with a balanced fertiliser, deadhead and allow the leaves to die back naturally.
    • Humans/Pets: Harmful if eaten; skin irritant
