Comapct in stature, but still producing relatively large flowers, Gregii Tulips tend to flower quite early in the season, so they're ideal for kicking off the display in borders, rockeries or pots.

In each collection you will receive the following:

  • 10 × Tulipa 'Mary Anne'
A wonderful addition to the spring planting scheme, this gorgeous tulip has the double whammy of decorative foliage and colourful flowers - the latter being flamed with a blend of white, carmine red and pink. It's great for tying in solid colours in the bedding scheme, or for creating an eye-catching display in a patio pot. Grows to 25cm.

  • 10 × Tulipa 'Pinocchio'
This showy little tulip is easy to grow, and unlike many of the other forms, it can be naturalised in grass where it will slowly spread to form swathes of vibrant spring colour. Diminutive in stature, it also looks great in smaller spaces - even windowboxes or pots on a sunny patio or balcony. Grows to 20cm.

  • 10 × Tulipa 'Red Riding Hood'
Beautiful, black-eyed, scarlet-red flowers top stems that rise above handsome, purple-striped, grey-green leaves. These chunky dwarf tulips are perfect for a sunny, well-drained rockery or a large patio container. After flowering they may be left in the ground for several years, unlike other varieties that need to be lifted and stored. Grows to 20cm.

  • Garden care: From August to November plant the bulbs 10-15cm deep and 10-15cm apart in a sunny spot with fertile, well-drained soil. While actively growing, keep them moderately well watered and remove the flowers after they have faded. At that stage a balanced liquid fertiliser can be applied each week for 4 weeks before they die down.
    • Humans: Harmful if eaten; skin allergen; Pets: Ornamental bulbs - not to be eaten
