With sculptural, verdant ground-hugging mounds, Canberra grass is a low-growing, evergreen perennial, forming cushions of moss-like foliage. Popular in Japanese themed gardens, Scleranthus is better suited to partially shady conditions to maintain its striking, bright green colour.

  • Garden care: Relatively maintenance-free, you may wish to trim any plants that are beginning to thrive in other locations! Occasional gentle brushing with a soft brush or a pass over with a garden blower may be necessary to maintain appearance.
