  • 'Michred' is a robust and healthy deciduous tree with an upright branching habit. During summer, its mid-green, sharply-toothed leaflets showcase a slightly silver underside and transform into striking shades of yellow and orange in autumn. In the spring, the tree adorns itself with clusters of creamy-white flowers that later give way to bunches of small red berries, favoured by birds. This small to medium-sized tree is tolerant of urban pollution and coastal conditions.

  • Garden care: Requires minimal pruning. Remove any broken, diseased or crossing branches in late autumn or winter. When planting incorporate lots of well-rotted garden compost in the planting hole and stake firmly.
  • Humans/Pets: Fruit are ornamental - not to be eaten
