A stunning addition to the spring display, this Darwin Hybrid tulip is tall, elegant and robust, and it's super-sized flowers are the perfect colour for mixing. They're also one of the few tulips that will reliably come back year after year, so they offer great value for money.
This tulip forms part of our organic bulb range. Sadly there are only a handful of growers who are currently able to grow their bulbs organically, so although we stock as many as we can source, our range is limited. They are supplied in a plastic-free compostable bag. - Garden care: In September to December plant bulbs 15-20cm deep and 10-15cm apart in fertile, well-drained soil. Alternatively, allow 7-9 bulbs per 30cm sq. After flowering deadhead and apply a balanced liquid fertiliser each week for the first month. Once the foliage has died down naturally lift the bulbs and store in a cool greenhouse.
