This unique tool was invented by Dutchman Mr Jordaan who wanted a tool that would break up soil and remove weeds at the same time. He designed a rake with a knife-style blade on the bottom, and the hoe-rake was born.
A great multi-functional tool that hoes and rakes in a single movement and works on both the push and pull strokes.
We’ve found it to be especially handy for weeding in gravel as the small stones pass straight through the rake head rather than being displaced with each stroke.
Made from forged boron steel with a solid ash handle, complete with locking nut fastener to allow periodic retightening.
