This is an optional add-on for our Ooni Karu 12G wood fired pizza oven. Simply attach this propane gas burner to the back of the oven to convert it to clean-burning gas. With the burner in use, the oven will reach a temperature of 450°C in 25 minutes.

The burner has a low-power valve so you can control how you cook, a fast recharge time and a fully serviceable body. It comes with a 37mBar patio gas regulator and hose and can be used with large propane tanks, as well as camping propane tanks if used with a suitable adaptor.

This item is compatible with both the Ooni Karu 12G and the standard Ooni Karu 12 oven. When using with the Ooni Karu 12G, you can close the glass oven door. However, if you are using it with the Ooni Karu 12, the oven door must be left off and the chimney put on when in use.

Please note: designed to run on bottled propane gas only. Not compatible with natural gas. For outdoor use only.
