Pond GH Plus is a 100% natural and biodegradable additive containing calcium chloride to create the right mineral balance in your pond. Essential for CO² transport, plant growth and binding harmful substances to prevent acidification.

The average GH value (water hardness) of a pond indicates how many minerals, including calcium and magnesium, are dissolved in the water.

You can measure your pond’s GH value using our water test kit (sold separately). The optimal GH value for a pond ranges between 8 and 12°. If the GH value is below 8°, Pond GH Plus will increase it quickly without clouding the water.

Dosage:

25ml (1 measuring cup) will increase the GH value of 900 litres of water by approximately 1°. If the pond has a high pH or KH value or is very contaminated, the increase may be lower.

This 1 litre container is enough to provide an increase of 4° for 8000 litres of water.
