Our elongated zeppelin-esque wire feeder is a simple design to stop squirrels pilfering all the bird food. We’ve put a shallow seed dish inside to encourage small birds in, but we think it works best if you fill it with fat balls for birds to peck at from outside.

Little beaks will easily fit through the small gaps in the wire frame. Squirrels, however, will find the entry holes at either end too small to squeeze through, and the food too far away to reach in and grab.

To fill it with food, simply unclasp the fastener at the top and open it up. Made from powder-coated steel wire with a brass dish. Includes hanging wires.
