Tolerant of heat and drought once established, this compact evergreen forms a neat, rounded shrub with a dense, bushy habit. It has glossy, leathery dark green leaves that stay attractive year-round.
In late spring to early summer, it produces masses of white, star-shaped flowers with a light fragrance. These blooms are long-lasting and appear in showy clusters, making a striking contrast against the foliage.
