Forming a low fountain-like clump of semi-evergreen variegated foliage, this perennial is ideal for planting in swathes around the pond edge, or for helping to illuminate boggy regions of the garden where little else will grow. Ideal reliably boggy or wet areas, Acorus gramineus 'Ogon' forms an attractive tuft of gracefully arching, narrow, sword-shaped, golden-yellow leaves adorned with olive green stripes. Tiny green/yellow flowers develop into small red berries come autumn.

Please note that Acorus gramineus 'Ogon' is offered in both aquatic pots, which are ideal for planting at the edges of a pond, or regular nursery pots for planting in boggy soils above the water line.
