Add a touch of summer sophistication with tall, upright stems topped by large, double blooms in shades of pink, cream and subtle green. Each ruffled petal is layered for a full, sculptural effect, while dark pink speckles add depth and interest.
Lilium 'Lotus Elegance' is a pollen-free oriental lily, so its extra petals create an uninterrupted floral display without mess, and performs beautifully in well-drained, nutrient-rich soil with full sun above and a lightly shaded base. Its strong stems make it ideal for the back of borders, mixed plantings, or for cutting into elegant summer bouquets.
Perfect for adding vertical and architectural impact, it blends seamlessly with other summer perennials while standing out as a feature plant.

Lilies can be planted at any time from early autumn, to mid-spring. Planting in autumn often helps them settle in and become better established before they start to put on their new spring growth, but spring planting is a better option if your soil is heavy and wet during winter.
Choose a sunny spot, preferably where the plant receives a little light shade at its base, and plant each bulb 15-20cm (6-8in) deep in a well-drained soil, enriched with well-rotted organic matter or leaf mould. Space them at approximately 30cm (12in) intervals and provide support before the flowers appear.
Deadhead the faded blooms promptly and cut the dead stems back to ground level at the end of autumn.
