A versatile aquatic plant that enhances the aesthetic appeal of water gardens, ponds, and aquariums, Littorella uniflora forms a unique, oxygenating carpet with slim leaves, 2-5 cm long (1-2”). Ideal for cool, well-lit aquatic life, offering shelter and spawning grounds for small fish and invertebrates
Grow in moist, boggy soils or fully submerged in clear water ponds to a maximum depth of up to 60cm (24") below water level. No maintenance is required. As with any non-native oxygenator, please do not plant in any place with a connection to a natural body of water.
