A potent Greek oregano combining easy-growing traits with an intense aromatic flavour which is both peppery and strong. The slightly hairy foliage is grey-green and can be used fresh or dried in Mexican and Mediterranean dishes. The abundant edible white flowers appear in summer, ready to decorate your herb garden or sunny patio pots. - Garden care: Cut back old flowered stems in spring. Avoid overwatering, particularly in winter and keep fertilisers to a minimum to ensure the best flavour. Frequently pinching it back will encourage compact, bushy growth.
