Forming a low spreading mound of rich green foliage, which in summer, is topped with short spikes of white saucer-like flowers, each with an irregular purple ring around their eye. A handsome ground-covering plant for the front of the border, it will also do well if potted up for the patio.
Grow in well-drained soil in full sun with shelter from cold, drying winds. Parahebe are perfect for low-maintenance containers (use a well-drained, loam-based compost). Winter protection is important—provide extra shelter or cover in the coldest months to ensure the plant survives and thrives year after year.
