Primula ‘Chameleon’, a salmon pink to tangerine coloured primula with a yellow centre, a pale yellow, pencil-thin margin and a basal rosette of textured, bright green leaves.
Effective as pot or container feature plants, alternatively this semi-evergreen perennial primrose suits border locations too.

For use as winter/spring bedding plants, plant primulas into fresh, free-draining compost and position pots and baskets in a bright, sheltered spot, avoiding harsh midday sun. Water well after planting, keep the compost just moist through winter, remove faded flowers regularly, and protect containers from prolonged hard frost to keep plants tidy and flowering well.
Alternatively, plant out in a partially shaded and sheltered position, adding position, adding plenty of leaf mould and compost to the planting hole and backfill. Water well until established.
Divide large clumps in late spring or early summer after the plant has flowered, preferably during a wet spell.
