The subtle beauty of 'Tidal Wave Silver' with its silvery-white blooms suffused with a hint of purple, and deeper coloured purple throat, is a great addition to the summer garden. Forming lax, ever-lengthening stems as the season progresses, it looks wonderful tumbling over the edges or a pot or hanging basket Pair it with Petunia 'Sweetunia Purple Spotlight' or Lobelia erinus 'Cascade Series' for a long, floriferous display.

Garden care:
Pot up seedlings and grow on under glass until all risk of frost has passed and they can then either be planted outside into a well-prepared bed, or used to fill decorative pots and hanging baskets for the patio (9cm plants don’t need potting on but require initial frost protection). Pinching out the growing tips will encourage them to become bushier, and feeding with a high-potash fertiliser at regular intervals throughout the summer will promote even more flowers to form.
