With abundant yields (up to 100 tomatoes each!) and an extra sweet flavour, ‘Supersweet 100’ is also famed for its long growing season, producing harvests earlier than other varieties. Now with added grafted ‘oomph’, this indeterminate type of tomato sets fruit over the course of the season, right up until the first frost.

A grafted tomato is a plant where the root system is taken from one variety and the above-ground growth from another. This improves plant performance, disease resistance, and yields. The end result is a hybrid tomato plant that combines the best characteristics of both parent into a single, highly productive and disease-resistant plant.

  • Garden care: Tie in to supports and pinch out the sideshoots once the main stem begins to grow until 5 or 6 flower trusses have formed. Pinch out the main growing tip at this stage. Keep well watered and feed weekly with a liquid fertiliser such as seaweed extract or specialist tomato feed (such as Tomorite). Shake supports once flowers have set to encourage pollination and fruit set. Keep water levels in the soil consistent to prevent blossom end rot and split fruit.
