- Position: full sun

- Rate of growth: average
- Flowering period: June to July
- Hardiness: fully hardy
Masses of white, daisy flowers appear above the blue-grey foliage in June and July, often followed by a second flush in late summer. Naturally forming a dome shape, Rhodanthemum 'Casablanca' is drought resistant and makes an ideal companion to Mediterranean-style plants - particularly those with silvery foliage. It will thrive in a windswept environment, but it performs best when planted in a sunny site with poor to moderately fertile soil.
Garden care:
Rhodanthemum grows best in full sun with light, free-draining soil, so choose a warm, open spot or pot up using a compost that freely drains. After establishment, keep watering modest as it prefers drier conditions.
No regular pruning is needed, but remove any dead or diseased stems after flowering, and pinch off faded blooms to encourage more flowers and extend the season.
