Pelargonium ‘Pinkerbell’ forms a neat, bushy mound of fresh green, fan-shaped foliage that quickly becomes covered in small, pansy-like blooms in shades of candy pink and white, each petal marked with deeper veining for added detail. Despite their delicate look, the flowers are impressively tough and keep coming from June right through to autumn, coping well with summer heat and rewarding you with a long, colourful display.
Its compact habit makes it ideal for smaller pots, window boxes and hanging baskets, where it naturally fills out without becoming unruly. Grow in well-drained compost in a sunny, sheltered spot on the patio or in a bright conservatory, and you’ll have an easy, reliable plant that brings months of cheerful colour.

Pot up in free-draining compost and grow them on in a bright, frost-free spot. Move plants outside only after all risk of frost has passed, placing them in a sunny, sheltered position. Water regularly, allowing the surface to dry slightly between waterings, as they dislike being constantly wet. Remove faded flowers and yellowing leaves to keep plants tidy and to encourage more blooms.
Feed every couple of weeks through the growing season with a dilute high-potash fertiliser such as Tomorite to support flowering. Pinch back leggy growth to maintain a bushy shape, and bring plants back indoors before autumn frosts if you wish to overwinter them.
