A french variation of the 'Jersey Long' type, this is a distictive shallot which produces really long bulbs. These bulbs are said to be a big hit amongst exhibition growers and they have a robust flavour. They also store quite well.
Garden care: Plant this yelow bananna shallot from January to April, 3cm deep and 12cm apart. On average shallots take approx 26 weeks to mature.
